Warranty on the repaired or replaced part: covered failures include the replacement, return visit and labour at no charge. The applicable term is confirmed for your repair.

Same-day appointments may be available when the schedule allows. We confirm the time with you; a request does not automatically reserve an appointment.

What does the $80 service call include?

The visit and diagnosis. If you approve the repair, the $80 is credited toward the repair cost. You receive the repair price before work begins.

What if I decide not to repair the dryer?

The $80 service call remains payable for the visit and diagnosis. You do not have to approve a repair.

What does the warranty cover?

A warranty applies to the part repaired or replaced. If it fails during the applicable warranty period for reasons not caused by the customer, the covered replacement, return visit and labour are free. Ask about the term for your repair.

What should I prepare before the visit?

Tell us your dryer brand, the symptom and your service address. A model number or a photo of an error message helps us prepare. Leave access to the appliance where practical.

Do you repair gas dryers?

This service currently covers electric dryers. Gas dryer repair is not currently offered.
